Professionally built in 2025 by Park Builder Warehouse Ramps, this one-of-a-kind fingerboarding park was featured throughout the USAFBL Season 4 Regional and National Tour, making it a unique piece of competitive fingerboarding history.

Park Condition & Customization
 
This park is pre-owned and has been used extensively during our tours and events. As a result, it shows normal signs of wear consistent with its history and use.
 
The park has intentionally been left in its current condition without cosmetic touch-ups or restoration. We believe its next owner should have the opportunity to bring their own creativity, personality, and vision to the park, whether that means preserving its original appearance or completely customizing it.
 
Vinyl Removal & Customization: Any unwanted vinyl graphics, decals, or stickers can generally be removed using an inexpensive heat gun, available on Amazon for approximately $20. Use caution when applying heat to avoid damaging the park's surfaces.
 
Condition Disclosure: This park is being sold as-is, in its current used condition. Please carefully review all listing photos to evaluate its cosmetic condition, existing wear, and overall appearance before purchasing.
Pricing & Purchase Information
 
Total Purchase Price: $4,000 obo
Reservation Deposit: $100
A $100 deposit is required to reserve the park and will be credited toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance of $3,900 must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
 
Reservation Period: Once confirmed, the deposit secures the park for 7 calendar days. Full payment must be received within this period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
 
Deposit & Refund Policy: If the park is sold to another buyer before your reservation is confirmed, your $100 deposit will be fully refunded. Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel the purchase or fail to complete payment within the 7-day reservation period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or wire transfer only.
Pickup: Local pickup is preferred.
Shipping: Shipping is not available.
Delivery: Delivery may be arranged for an additional fee based on distance and logistics.
Important: The $100 website listing price represents the reservation deposit only. The full purchase price of the park is $4,000. Submitting a deposit does not guarantee ownership or reservation until confirmed by the seller.
