Acquired by USAFBL in 2021, this park has become a community classic, enjoyed by countless fingerboarders throughout the years. Its early-generation construction and history within the fingerboarding community make it a unique piece of Warehouse Ramps and USAFBL history.

Park Condition & Customization
This park is pre-owned and has been used extensively during our tours and events. As a result, it shows normal signs of wear consistent with its history and use.
Condition Disclosure: This park is being sold as-is, in its current used condition. Please carefully review all listing photos to evaluate its cosmetic condition, existing wear, and overall appearance before purchasing.
 
Pricing & Purchase Information
Total Purchase Price: $2,000 obo
Reservation Deposit: $100
A $100 deposit is required to reserve the park and will be credited toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance of $1,900 must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
Reservation Period: Once confirmed, the deposit secures the park for 7 calendar days. Full payment must be received within this period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
 
Deposit & Refund Policy: If the park is sold to another buyer before your reservation is confirmed, your $100 deposit will be fully refunded. Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel the purchase or fail to complete payment within the 7-day reservation period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or wire transfer only.
Pickup: Local pickup is preferred.
Shipping: Shipping is not available.
Delivery: Delivery may be arranged for an additional fee based on distance and logistics.
